Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: To book an online tutoring session, please use our online booking system or contact me. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. I recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Time Zones: Please consider the time zone difference when booking your online tutoring session. Ensure that you select the correct time zone during the booking process to avoid any scheduling conflicts. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an online tutoring session, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other students who may be on the waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for the session. I ask that you reach out to me directly at 205-578-2201 . Rescheduling is based upon availability and may not be possible due to availability of client or tutor. After 10 minutes into the session, the session will be cancelled and any paid fees will not be refunded. Zoom technology: All tutoring sessions are provided via Zoom. Please make sure Zoom technology is updated before the beginning of the session. If technical difficulties persist longer than 10 minutes into the session, the accounted time remaining will continue and not be made up.
